No loss prevention program in the world can completely eliminate claims; but merely reporting them and letting the insurance company take it from there is not our philosophy.

Property Claims

We require carriers to treat our clients as partners, not as adversaries, minimizing red tape and keeping documentation to what is absolutely necessary, especially on smaller claims.

We maintain a rigorous follow-up procedure to make sure our client's claims are being handled promptly.

Third Party (Liability) Claims

We encourage carriers to investigate promptly and thoroughly to determine facts and witnesses; to resist payment if client negligence is unproven; and to pay quickly where liability is certain.

We work with investigators, adjusters, and attorneys to make sure the client's interests are advanced throughout the litigation process.
