Coverage Selection and Program Structure

We utilize a coverage checklist to compare your exposure to loss against every conceivable coverage that could be brought to bear in an insurance program.

This allows us to develop a set of coverage specifications, with explanations from the insurance company of any deviations.

For larger accounts, we analyze your historical losses and develop loss rates for the different lines of insurance coverage, which we then apply to projected exposures for the coming year.

This enables us to come up with a "loss pick" which is an estimate of the expected losses in the coming year based on your projected exposures.

In addition to this, we will also stratify the losses at different levels for the purpose of observing how the losses are distributed according to different loss layers.

This will allow us to help you make decisions with regard to acceptable amounts of retentions and deductibles.
